Not only did he fix a piano that others told us was beyond repair; but also did it in a kind and professional way. Our spinet Wurlitzer is a family heirloom that sadly spent about 20 years in outdoor storage. It was in rough shape. Dustin went out of his way to buy extra supplies to put it back together. Then, he tuned it up and the piano is now as good as new.
